Absolutely happy with their service! They cleaned our ducts and vents which hadn't been done for years prior to us purchasing our home. They were careful, efficient, friendly and absolutely fair in price. Time and time again I have had a great experience with Cowboy Jones. Just recently, we had a rental unit that needed a cleaning and very small carpet repair. I walked in to check on things and the technician had fixed the carpet! Not only was the work done well on 2 jobs (carpet and vent cleaning) but Alan took the time to trouble shoot a furnace that was not working after a vent cleaning. He could have said that the furnace was working when we left I can't help you. Alan actually returned to the job site the following day voluntarily and diagnosed and solved the problem helping out the family who just purchased the house. As a real estate investor I will continue to work with Cowboy Jones for carpet cleaning and vent/furnace cleaning

We have had several different carpet cleaners in the last three years (we have pets so we clean carpets often).
